Question: I get javascript/script errors when I use the software.
Answer: Story Wizard was designed to operate with Internet Explorer version 6. However when Microsoft released version 7 they introduced some compatibility issues that affect Story Wizard. This is usually seen as the reporting of script errors when using the software. If you are experiencing this problem please contact our support desk for assistance by clicking here
Question: I have forgotten the password to my diary
Answer:

We recognize that a persons diary is very private to them and provide a password facility. When using a password many warnings about its use are given and that if it is forgotten then the diary will not be able to be opened. It is very difficult for our support desk to determine valid cases of a lost password and identities. Hence if you have forgotten your password, as the software tells you, we are unable to be of assistance.
