Question: I have ordered a disk copy - how long will it take to get to me?
Answer: As soon as we get your order it is normally processed and shipped to you on the the same day. However during seasonal times of high demand it can take a little longer depending on stock levels. Post to the UK normally arrives within two working days and globally usually not longer 10 days, depending on the country of destination. We do use first class mail delivery and appretiate once you have bought it, you want it as soon possible!
